  A: The first step for replacing the rear wiper motor assembly requires removing the rear wiper arm assembly starting with back wiper arm cover removal followed by nut and arm detachment. When replacing rear wiper motors, first separate the rear wiper link cap then detach the w/washer packing nut at the rear wiper link pivot through deep socket wrench usage (24 mm). The serration part of the wiper arm needs a round file to scrape it while using a wire brush to clean the serration on the wiper pivot followed by motor stoppage at automatic position to mount the wiper arm as illustrated with 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf) torque.
