    A: The subsequent step for throttle body assembly servicing involves draining coolant before beginning work. You must remove the No.2 cylinder head cover through the removal of 3 bolts and one nut. The diesel service process begins with disconnecting 2 vacuum hoses alongside the MAF connector and 2 VSV connectors and 3 other vacuum hoses to remove the air cleaner cap sub-assembly. Additionally, separate air cleaner hose No.1 through air cleaner hose clamp loosen. The service begins by taking off air cleaner hose No.1 while separating the accelerator control cable assembly. The procedure for throttle body assembly removal requires disconnecting the E.F.I. throttle position sensor connector and the throttle body idle speed control valve assembly connector as well as the PCV hose and 2 water by-pass hoses before removing the throttle body and accelerator control cable bracket using 2 bolts and 2 nuts and extracting the intake manifold gasket. The E.F.I. throttle position sensor requires screw removal of two components and the throttle body idle speed control valve assembly requires screw and gasket removal. Put a fresh gasket on the throttle body after which install the throttle body idle speed control valve assembly through 3 screws while tightening them to 3.7 N.m (38 kgf.cm, 33 in.lbf). To install the E.F.I. throttle position sensor keep the throttle valve fully closed and insert the sensor with a clockwise turn at a 30 degrees to 90 degrees angle to the closed valve position while tightening 2 screws to 2.0 N.m (20 kgf.cm, 18 in.lbf). Place the new intake manifold gasket before attaching the throttle body together with accelerator control cable bracket through 2 bolts and 2 nuts that should be tightened to 22 N.m (224 kgf.cm, 16 ft.lbf). The next procedure involves connecting the throttle body idle speed control valve assembly connector combined with the water by-pass hoses and the PCV hose together with the throttle position sensor connector made for the throttle body assembly. The air cleaner cap sub-assembly installation starts by attaching the air cleaner cap followed by air cleaner hose No.1 and 3 vacuum hoses and the MAF connector and 2 VSV connectors before fixing the remaining 2 vacuum hoses. The cylinder head cover No.2 needs installation with 3 bolts that require a nut tightening to 7.0 N.m (71 kgf.cm, 62 in.lbf). Afterward, engineers need to check for any engine coolant leaks.
