How to remove and install the front Air Bag sensor on 2003 Toyota Celica?

The process requires air cleaner hose and air cleaner cap and air filter detachment followed by 2 bolt removal from the air cleaner case before disconnection of the connector while maintaining the sensor assembly position. The second step involves taking out the 2 bolts and the front Air Bag sensor from the LH side. The RH front fender apron seal along with its upper clips and 5 fasteners must be extracted to enable removal of the sensor and its connection along with the installed assembly before proceeding with 2 bolt removal. After installing the front Air Bag sensors with 4 bolts at 20 N.m (205 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf) torque value ensure proper connection of the front Air Bag sensor connector to prevent malfunction codes. When installing the front sensor maintain the arrow direction toward the vehicle front. Start installation by attaching the head lights via 4 bolts and 2 screws. Then install the air cleaner case with 2 bolts before placing the air filter and air cleaner cap and air cleaner hose and lastly apply 5 clips to the upper front fender apron seal.
