  A: The first step in cooler condenser assembly overhaul requires the use of Special Service Tool: 07110-58060 (07117-58080, 07117-58090, 07117-78050, 07117-88060, 07117-88070, 07117-88080) to evacuate refrigerant from the refrigeration system. Discharge cooler refrigerant discharge hose No.1 from the condenser assembly by removing its O-ring and connecting its NPT end to Special Service Tool 07110-58060 with vinyl tape sealing both ends. A similar procedure should be followed to disconnect cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A while removing the O-ring and sealing the opening with vinyl tape. First remove the input assembly of the air cleaner followed by the upper part of the radiator support then unfasten the two nuts from the condenser assembly of the cooler. Install the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A into the cooler condenser assembly after applying compressor oil to the new O-ring as well as both joint ends followed by O-ring installation and 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 47 in.lbf) torquing on the bolt. The procedure must be repeated for cooler refrigerant discharge hose No.1 by applying compressor oil to the new O-ring and hose joint before installing the bolt while torquing to 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 47 in.lbf).
