  A: The first step to overhaul the cooler condenser assembly requires the use of Special Service Tool: 07110-58060 (07117-58080, 07117-58090, 07117-78050, 07117-88060, 07117-88070, 07117-88080) to extract refrigerant from the refrigeration system. The first step requires removing cooler refrigerant discharge hose No.1 from the cooler condenser assembly after disconnecting the hose and the O-ring while sealing both openings with vinyl tape to block moisture and foreign matter. Similarly disconnect the refrigerant line known as pipe A while removing the existing O-ring and applying vinyl tape to seal the outlet. Start by removing the air cleaner inlet assembly then the radiator support upper before extracting the cooler condenser assembly through two nut removal. A 10 mm hexagon wrench will help you remove the cooler dryer's modulator cap and filter which can be followed by using needle nose pliers to pull out the two O-rings and dryer from the modulator. Install the cooler dryer with needle nose pliers while placing it correctly and position two new O-rings on the cap before adding compressor oil (ND-OIL 8 or equivalent) to the fitting surfaces of the O-ring and cap followed by tightening the cap on the cooler condenser assembly to 12 N.m (125 kgf.cm, 9 ft.lbf). Assemble the cooler condenser with its two nuts while applying 9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 85 in.lbf) torque. Secure cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A by using compressor oil to lubricate the new O-ring and pipe joint and installing the O-ring on the cooler condenser assembly before screwing in a bolt at 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 47 in.lbf). Apply compressor oil to the new O-ring and hose joint of refrigerant discharge hose No.1 then fasten it with a bolt at the same torque. Finish the refrigerant charge with Special Service Tool: 07110-58060 (07117-58060, 07117-58070, 07117-58080, 07117-58090, 07117-78050, 07117-88060, 07117-88070, 07117-88080) and specified 19.37 plus or minus 1.76 oz (550 plus or minus 50 g) amount then heat up the engine before checking for refrigerant leaks.
