  A: The windshield removal starts by taking out the front door opening trims then moving to the front pillar garnish by uninstalling assist grip plugs and screws on both sides followed by the sun visors including their double holders. For vehicles with a sliding roof take out the overhead console box through bolts and connector release while vehicles without this feature require removal of bolt plus map light assembly before extracting the overhead console box. Start by taking off the inner backview mirror followed by wiper arms that need cap and nut removal. Also detach both cowl top ventilator louvers on the left and right side while removing hood to cowl top seal. Use a screwdriver and drill to disassemble the outside moulding while carefully cutting the rivet flanges, and afterwards heat the moulding and cut the adhesive with piano wire before pulling off the glass panel. Shape the touch points on the vehicle body before cleaning both the glass replacement and setting new dam and stopper units. Place the glass in its designated location and prepare the body and glass contact surfaces. Apply Primer M to the body and Primer G to the glass edge. Install the glass by putting Part No. 08850-00801 adhesive from the cartridge. Keep the glass secure with protective tape until the adhesive cures completely. Examine the glass for leaks then fix damaged areas using sealant Part No. 08833-00030. Apply fastening fluid to the moulding installation zone then attach the upper outside moulding and fix this piece with an air riveter and nose piece No. 4. Place the cowl top ventilator louvers on their intended position and install the hood to cowl top seal and wiper arms. Secure these parts by tightening their nuts to 20 N.m torque. Complete the setup by putting in the inner rear view mirror along with overhead storage console components plus holders at the specified areas.
