How to service and repair the rear Heater Core on 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser?

Service or repair of the rear heater unit begins with removing the air mix servomotor that has three securing screws. For servicing the heater radiator remove the 3 screws, 2 clamps, and radiator then extract it until all heater radiator pipes, along with their 2 O-rings are free from their place. During assembly substitute new O-rings. The power transistor removal requires 2 screws followed by work on the blower motor which starts by taking out the cover with 3 screws then proceeding to detach the heater cases using 4 screws alongside 3 holding springs afterward eliminating the nut and fan before removing the screws on the blower motor. During reassembly procedures follow the exact opposite sequence of the disassembly steps.
