Disconnect the brake lines by using Special Service Tool: 09023-00100 which releases the 6 brake lines from the ABS actuator assembly at 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.) torque. Detach and remove the ABS actuator assembly through proper extraction of its 3 bolts under 19 Nm torque (195 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.). The ABS actuator installation requires starting with 3 nut removal while using a 4.7 Nm torque (48 kgf-cm, 42 inch lbs.) before separating the 3 ABS actuator holders. Finish installation by taking out the bolt from the ABS actuator and its clamp at 19 Nm (195 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.). The installation sequence follows exactly the opposite steps as removal. Installation required brake fluids introduction into the brake reservoir followed by brake system bleeding which should be checked for any fluid leakage.
