How to replace the Air Bag Sensor Assembly on 2002 Toyota Camry?

A proper replacement of the Air Bag Sensor Assembly starts by safely disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery. Start the replacement procedure by taking out the console panel upper rear, console box carpet, rear console box, instrument panel cup holder tray (without ashtray) and instrument panel ash receptacle assembly (with ashtray). Begin by removing the console panel upper and console box front and then proceed to take away air duct rear No.1 and air duct rear No.2 and console box duct No.1 (for auto air conditioner). Using tools disconnect the 3 connectors from the air bag sensor assembly center before unscrewing its 3 bolts. Inspect the air bag sensor assembly center during final review after its removal.
