How to service and repair the Throttle Cable/linkage on 2001 Toyota Tundra?

In order to install the throttle cable again, you need to take the throttle cable out of the linkage and cable clamps, and then take the bolt off the throttle cable in the torque converter clutch housing. Pull up the cable by removing the valve body. Installation, keeping it in place and altering, as required, after reconnecting everything.
