In order to service and repair the steering wheel, the steering wheel pad, steering wheel, upper and lower column covers, and the spiral cable must be removed. Installation Once the parts are removed, install the spiral cable, then the upper and lower column covers, then the steering wheel, and lastly the steering wheel pad.
