The first step includes disconnecting the accelerator cable and removing the air cleaner hose and cap through the process of loosening the 2 air cleaner hose clamp bolts while separating the hose from the throttle body and air cleaner cap. The next step involves unhooking the throttle body by cutting away the throttle position sensor connector and IAC valve connector and the PCV hose along with the 2 water bypass hoses. First remove the bolt alongside the 2 nuts and use them to extract the throttle body and accelerator bracket from the intake valve. Then dispose of the throttle body gasket. During reinstallation position the throttle body and accelerator cable bracket with their bolt and 2 nuts keeping a torque at 30 Nm (305 kg.cm, 22 ft.lb).
