- Q: How to replace the A/C Switch in the control assembly on 2010 Scion tC?A: In order to change the control assembly, disconnection of the negative battery post and wait is recommended to avoid the trigger of Air Bags. Disassemble the shift lever knob sub assembly and console panel upper front. Lift the instrument cluster finish panel with the heater control cover shut and detach the claws. Lastly, unplug the connector and take off the heater control.
