You need to first connect the connector before attaching nine claws to reassemble the instrument cluster finish panel. Then complete the process by installing the console panel upper front and shift lever knob sub-assembly for manual transaxle. The initialization procedure is necessary following cable connection to the negative battery terminal since some systems need initialization after cable removal and reinstallation.
