The symbol emblem demands a second cleaning procedure through heating the remaining double-sided adhesive tape on the back door panel followed by removal while hot then surface cleaning with a non-residue solvent. It is required to position the 2 bosses into the back door panel for symbol emblem installation under temperature conditions exceeding 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) while heating emblem and panel together as needed for proper installation.

Apply protective tape to the engine hood around the emblem area.

Clean the attachment surface by heating the double-sided adhesive tape on the engine hood, remove it while hot, and clean with a non-residue solvent. Insert the 2 pins into the engine hood and install the emblem, ensuring the ambient temperature is above 20°C (68°F) or heating as needed.

Apply protective tape to the engine hood around the emblem area.

Heat both the back door panel and the name plate to 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F) before installation.
