Begin the name plate application by heating the double-sided tape on the body using an infrared lamp until it reaches between 40 and 60 degrees C temperature for one to two minutes. Proper name plate attachment depends on wiping off all tape residues using a clean cloth or equivalent tool. The body name plate requires installation at the designated location after cleaning its area with a degreasing agent. The installing environment must maintain a temperature of 20 degrees C yet heating the body installation zone from 20 to 30 degrees C becomes necessary if the temperature drops below 20 degrees C.

Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and name plate, tie objects such as wooden blocks to both ends of the wire, and pull the wire to scrape off the double-sided tape securing the name plate.

Heat both the vehicle body and name plate again, remove the release paper from the name plate, and install it while keeping the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

First, heat the vehicle body and name plate using a heat light, ensuring not to overheat them.

Repeat the same process for the second name plate.

Follow the same cleaning and tape application steps before heating both surfaces again, removing the release paper, and installing the name plate.
