Apply protective tape to the installation area on the windshield glass, pass a piano wire between the vehicle body and glass from the interior, tie the wire ends to wooden blocks, and cut off the adhesive by pulling the wire around the windshield glass.

Reinstall the roof drip side finish moulding clips and mouldings, rear roof drip side finish mouldings, roof headlining assembly, assist grip plug and sub-assembly, visors, visor bracket covers, roof console box assembly, inner rear view mirror assembly, front pillar garnishes, luggage compartment boxes, upper back panel garnish, front door opening trim weatherstrips, cowl top ventilator louver, front fender to cowl side seals, front wiper arm and blade assemblies, and the front seat assembly for all configurations.

Remove the cowl top ventilator louver sub-assembly, front door scuff plates, cowl side trim boards, front door opening trim weatherstrips, front pillar garnishes, roof console box assembly, No. 1 room light assembly (with and without rear seat entertainment system), visor bracket covers, visor assemblies (with and without illumination), assist grip sub-assembly, assist grip plug, and slightly lower the front section of the roof headlining.

Apply Primer G to the edge of the glass and contact surface, allowing it to dry before installation.

Proceed to install the roof drip side finish moulding clips and both left and right mouldings, using the same procedures for both sides.

Regular maintenance is crucial to prevent leaks and further deterioration, which can lead to more extensive repairs.

Remove the cowl top ventilator louver sub-assembly.
