The first step to install the sedan's air conditioning panel requires connecting the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly by properly engaging its 2 attached claws. Secure the defroster damper control cable sub-assembly through the same connection approach. Connect the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly through its 2 claws before setting the air mix control cable clamp then joining the cable to the clamp. The air conditioning panel assembly installation requires connecting the 3 connectors while securing it with 4 clamps before engaging the 4 clips and 2 claws for final assembly. You should install the instrument cluster finish panel center sub-assembly with a combination of 4 clips and 2 claws. Install the radio receiver assembly by referring to its integrated panel installation guidelines. Follow the installation steps for the instrument cluster finish panel and its associated parts including instrument panel finish panel end RH and instrument panel finish panel end LH and instrument panel finish panel lower center. Wind up the cable to the negative battery terminal after ensuring that you apply a torque force at 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf).

First, connect the air inlet damper control cable by engaging the 2 claws.

Disconnect it from the clamp and disengage the 2 claws.
