The removal process for the control assembly begins by taking out the front door scuff plate LH followed by removing the cowl side trim board LH and separating the front door opening trim Weather Strip LH. After the instrument side panel LH, technicians should remove the hood lock control lever sub-assembly along with the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly LH. Shift first to detach the shift lever knob sub-assembly and then the upper console panel sub-assembly followed by the rear upper console panel sub-assembly. Climb next to the console box carpet followed by removing the rear console box assembly and front console box. The procedure includes taking away the instrument cluster finish panel assembly and the combination meter assembly. Remove the center lower instrument panel finish panel and the integration control and panel assembly after dislodging 4 clips and separating the assembly and disconnecting cable connections. The stereo jack adapter assembly is one of the components to remove along with the seat heater switches LH (without climate control seat system) and RH (without climate control seat system) and their corresponding counterparts with climate control seat systems and the glass breakage sensor microphone.

Remove the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly LH.

Install the integration control and panel assembly, ensuring to connect the connectors and engage the 4 clips.
