The first step for service and repair of the control assembly involves pulling out heater control knobs followed by releasing four claws from the heater control name plate. You should release four claws that secure the A/C switch onto the heater control name plate. The removal of the blower switch begins by emptying its two bulbs and then disconnecting the bulb holders followed by unscrewing two screws to remove it. The removal of heater control cables requires a screwdriver to unzip the cable clamp claw and disconnect the cable's outer portion. A tape cover should be placed on this screwdriver tip prior to usage. You should take out the inner cable from inside the A/C control assembly. Finish removing the integration switch through the removal of its three screws. The reassembly process occurs in the exact opposite order which was used for disassembly.

Begin by removing the cowl side trims, lower No.1 finish panel, lower No.1 finish retainer, meter cluster panel, instrument cluster finish panel, lower No.2 finish panel, glove compartment, control instrument cluster finish panel, and radio receiver assembly.

Remove the 2 screws securing the rear heater control assembly, then disconnect the connectors.

Remove the upper cluster finish panel.

Release the 4 claws.
