After the radiator assembly installation involves mounting both fan assembly with motor on the radiator through the bottom guides and top snap fits. Then you should add the 2 lower radiator supports and 2 radiator support cushions before placing the radiator assembly and fan assembly with motor while being mindful to avoid damaging the cooler condenser assembly or pipe. Install the connector and harness clamps along the 4 connections. The installation of the cooler condenser assembly requires 4 bolts secured at 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf) torque. The radiator setup requires installation of 5 bolts accompanied by attachment of the hood lock control cable clamp to the upper radiator support at 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf) torque. Swipe the radiator outlet and inlet No. 1 oil cooler hoses prior to mounting the No. 2 hose connecting between the engine block and radiator. Fasten down the No. 1 radiator hose and the outlet reserve tank hose to the radiator.
