Apply Special Service Tools 09950-60010 (09951-00250) and 09950-70010 (09951-07100), together with a hammer, to extract the drive end frame bearing from the drive end frame. The installation process of a new generator drive end frame bearing requires Special Service Tool: 09950-60010 (09951-00470), 09950-70010 (09951-07100) together with a press. To finish the installation position the tab pieces from the retainer plate into the drive end frame cutouts before fastening the plate and securing it with four screws at 2.3 N.m (23 kgf.cm, 20 in.lbf).
