How to service the fuel pressure regulator on Toyota MR2 Spyder?

To service the fuel pressure regulator, remove the fuel pump assembly and suction plate, disconnect the fuel pump connector and pull out the regulator. Fit a new O-ring, lubricate it and replace the regulator. Install the reconnect parts and reassemble the stuff in the fuel tank.
