The installation begins by removing two radiator upper support bolts and radiator upper support then moves to the upper radiator support bushings followed by installing the radiator assembly together with its two lower radiator support bushings. The electric cooling fan from the radiator can be taken away after removing the 2 bolts which hold the cooling fan assembly in place. During installation begin by attaching the electric cooling fan to the radiator through its 2 bolts then torque them to 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.). The installation process starts with 2 lower radiator support bushings before adding the radiator assembly and then continuing with 2 upper radiator support bushings and the radiator upper support bolted with 2 bolts. A cruise control system requires installation of the cruise control actuator first using 3 bolts followed by installation of the 2 condenser upper supports with their respective 2 bolts and nuts then the center brace with its 2 bolts and the hood lock with its 3 bolts. The procedure requires connecting the A/T oil cooler hoses together with both lower and upper radiator hoses and attaching the No. 1 and No. 2 electric cooling fan connectors. The installation of the engine coolant reservoir requires a 5.0 Nm torque on the bolt and subsequent connection of its 3 radiator reservoir hoses.
