How to remove the rear power window switch from the RH side on Scion xD?

The rear power window switch will be removed by first of all removing the upper panel of the rear door armrest base. Now take a screwdriver with a taped tip to unscrew the two claws and take out the switch. This is done to right and left sides but the instructions are given on right side.
