A screwdriver should be used to detach the 11 claws before removing the rear combination lamp lens LH through three cycles of removing the rear combination lamp socket and wire sub-assembly LH. The technician must first dispose of the rear combination lamp lens gasket LH before removing the rear combination lamp lens & body LH. The first installation step includes inserting a new rear combination lens gasket onto the rear combination lamp lens & body LH before you place the rear combination lamp lens LH on top.
