The service of the Mass Air Flow Sensor requires disconnecting the MAF sensor connector before unscrewing the two fasteners to extract the MAF sensor and its O-ring. An installation step requires you to install a new O-ring onto the MAF sensor then attach the 2 screws before reattaching the MAF connector. Reinstall the cable on the negative terminal of the battery after allowing at least 90 seconds.
