How to remove the wiper switch safely on Scion tC?

In order to take off the wiper switch, disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds to avoid Air Bag activation. Take the steering column cover off, unplug the wiper switch connector, unclog the claw and take the switch off, being careful not to use excessive force, as this will break the claw.
