How to replace the Fuel Door Release Cable Sub-Assembly on Scion tC?

To change Fuel Lid Lock Control Cable Sub-Assembly, unscrew the Fuel Lid Lock Open Lever Sub-Assembly and unscrew the cable. Next, take out the front and rear seats, scuff plate, seat belt anchor and side trim. Install in reverse order attaching the cable and the components as indicated.
