How to remove the rear spoiler on 2010 Toyota Venza?

To remove the rear spoiler, first take off the upper back window panel trim. Disconnect the connector, remove 2 hole plugs and 4 bolts, and disengage 3 pins. Finally, remove the center stop light assembly by unscrewing 2 screws and disconnecting the light cord assembly.
