How to replace the rear Wiper Blade on 2009 Toyota Venza?

In order to replace the rear wiper rubber, unscrew the head of the arm by pull the arm arm and take the wiper blade out. Take care not to tear out the rubber. Installation of the new rubber is done through the claws after which the wiper blade is reattached followed by connecting the head cap.
