How to remove the High Intensity Discharge headlight bulb on 2009 Toyota Venza?

Removing the High Intensity Discharge headlight bulb requires that the negative battery terminal be disconnected and left to wait 90 seconds. Swap the old gasket by taking off the back cover of the headlight, and fitting in a new one. Lastly, loosen the socket of the light control ECU, spring it and take out the bulb without touching the glass.
