The fitting surfaces along with O-ring require an appropriate amount of ND-OIL 8 or equivalent compressor oil application. Fit the cap onto the cooler condenser core using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench while maintaining cleanliness of the O-ring along with the O-ring fitting surfaces that should be free from foreign materials and dirt. The proper torque setting for installation should be 2.9 Nm which corresponds to 30 kgf-cm or 26 in-lbf.
