Protective gloves must be worn before entering any work because the assembly contains potentially hazardous features. The first step involves taking out the front seat assembly on the left-hand side. The first step is to detach the slide and vertical power seat switch knob which is found on the left hand side and then proceed to remove the reclining power seat switch knob located on the left hand side. Start by removing the firewall facing front seat cushion shield LH and afterward the front seat inner belt assembly LH. The front seat cushion shield inner LH together with the front seat headrest support need to be taken out next. The next step requires removing the seatback cover with pad and the separate type front seatback cover. The front seatback heater assembly LH must be sliced from its nine tack pins adhering to the seatback cover so you can extract it from the cover.
