  A: The installation of the intake manifold starts with inserting a new gasket into the manifold followed by securing it with 5 bolts and 2 nuts tightened to 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf). Connect the vacuum hose clamp to the union at the connector tube hose while installing the wire harness clamp and attaching the camshaft timing oil control valve connector. The union should be connected from the connector tube hose to the No. 2 hose to hose tube. After the installation of the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly, the technician should connect the No. 2 ventilation hose and the fuel main tube.
