Fasten the starter cover using three bolts that require torquing to 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf). First install the exhaust manifold sub-assembly RH then add the No. 1 exhaust manifold heat insulator followed by the No. 1 manifold stay. The installation sequence includes placing front exhaust pipes first and then center exhaust component before finally fitting the tailpipe parts. After that install the dipstick guide for checking engine oil level and connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery. In the following procedure engineers should inspect exhaust gas leaks before installing sub-assemblies that include No. 2 engine under cover and No. 1 engine under cover. The last installation involves putting together the front fender apron seal rear RH and both sub-assemblies of front splash shield and front RH.
