How to Remove the Seat Heater from the Rear Seat Cushion on 2009 Toyota Land Cruiser?

Watch your hands because you need protective gloves before starting the removal of the rear seat heater for the right-hand side. The repair process starts with seat assembly removal from the rear position known as No. 1. The sequence starts with removing the seat adjuster bolt cover followed by taking out the reclining adjuster release handle RH and then moving on to the rear No. 1 seat reclining covers from both RH and LH sides. The next step is to remove both LH and RH upper seat track rail covers in combination with the rear No. 2 seat leg side cover and rear No. 2 seat protector. The installation plan requires detachment of rear No. 1 seat hinge sub-assemblies from both the LH and RH sides together with the rear seat cover as well as the rear under side cover LH and the rear seat under tray cover RH. Begin the section by taking off the seat cushion pad along with the separate type rear seat cushion cover. Step lastly cut the tack pins securing the seat heater to the seat cushion cover before separating the rear seat cushion heater assembly.
