How to remove the alternator on 2009 Toyota Avalon?

The alternator detachment from the 2GR-FE engine requires users to begin by disconnecting the negative cable from the battery terminal. There are two steps to remove the V-bank cover sub-assembly. Reverse sequence makes removal of the V-ribbed belt possible. Start generator assembly detachment by unclipping the wire harness clamp then removing the terminal cap before loosening the wire harness nut from terminal B. Disconnect the generator connector from the generator assembly while removing the nut from the cylinder block and taking out the 2 bolts securing the generator assembly. The procedure ends with eliminating the bolt together with wire harness clamp stay and bolt followed by bracket removal.
