Attachment of the Coupe rear seat inner belt requires the installation of 3 anchor brackets through 3 bolts reaching 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) torque. Next the right-hand rear seat inner with center belt assembly requires installation through the attachment of an inner belt nut which becomes torqued to 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) with maintenance of the anchor part away from the floor panel protrusions. A check of retractor function on the left-hand side must be done without disassembling the retractor until the belt shows signs of locking the ELR at 15 degrees or less or reaches lock at 45 degrees or above. Replacing the belt assembly becomes necessary when the conditions are not achieved. The installer should fasten the inner belt to the chassis with 2 bolts while tightening them to 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) torque before confirming the anchor part does not touch the floor panel. Quickly pulling the belt helps check whether the ELR lock operates properly; if not, replace the belt assembly.
