The air conditioning integration control and panel disassembly starts with manual air conditioning system knob No. 1 then proceeds to manual air conditioning system knob No. 2 by gently releasing the two claw fittings without damaging their claws. The manual air conditioning system requires removal of the air conditioner amplifier assembly where you first detach the plate then disconnect the cable after unlocking the connector followed by removal of the 4 screws from the heater control housing and air conditioner amplifier assembly. The automatic air conditioning system requires users to free eight claw fittings before removing four heater control housing screws and disconnecting two connectors as the final step in removing the five screws from the air conditioner amplifier assembly. Start by removing the integration control along with the panel bulb from the manual air conditioning system. Then proceed to change the heater blower switch by first using a screwdriver to remove the 3 nuts and 3 washers followed by releasing the 6 claw fittings and removing the 5 screws from the printed wire integration board sub-assembly to separate it from the switch. The automatic air conditioning system requires uninstalling its printed wire integration board sub-assembly through removal of 12 screws. First remove the clock ornament followed by removal of center cluster module knobs No. 5 and No. 6 which control the automatic air conditioning system.
