  A: The fuel injector assembly installation process for a 2UZ-FE engine begins with applying gasoline on new O-rings then installing these O-rings onto each of the eight injectors before clockwise and counterclockwise injector rotation to install these injectors onto delivery pipes with outward injector connector alignment. Follow these steps by placing 8 new insulators on the intake manifold then placing both delivery pipes and injector assemblies on the lower intake manifold and temporarily install the 4 nuts. The No. 1 fuel pipe sub-assembly requires installation with a bolt and 4 new gaskets and 2 union bolts before torquing the union bolts to 39 Nm (398 kgf-cm, 29 ft-lbf) and the bolt to 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf). Install the fuel return pipe using three bolts which require torquing to 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf). After that, connect the fuel return hose to the fuel pressure regulator. Replace the O-ring of the injector which shows restricted movement between the delivery pipes and lower intake manifold. Secure the delivery pipes to the lower intake manifold through the 4 nuts by applying 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf) torque before attaching the 8 injector connections. Attach the two wire clamps to delivery pipe brackets on the RH side before connecting them to engine hanger No. 1 and wire bracket. Afterwards install the engine wire protector using two bolts. Follow the steps to join both ends of the No. 2 fuel pipe using a firm force which should create a "click" noise and inspect all connectors for damage or foreign debris both during preparation and conclusion of installation. You must also carry out this installation process on the No. 1 fuel pipe sub-assembly. After clamping the EFI fuel pipe, secure the two throttle body cover brackets to their mounting positions using two bolts which should be tightened to 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf). You must connect No. 2 ventilation hose to the ventilation valve. Then install the air cleaner hose assembly and throttle body cover sub-assembly. Finally, inspect for fuel leaks.
