2008 Toyota Sequoia Cruise Control Module Parts Q&A

  • Q: How to remove the Cruise Control Module on 2008 Toyota Sequoia?
A: The Cruise Control Module removed with an initial step of taking out the front door scuff plate LH along with the cowl side trim board LH. The procedure begins with insertion of the front door opening trim Weather Strip LH. The instrument side panel LH should then be taken away. The technician should first remove the hood lock control lever sub-assembly and the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly LH after removing those parts. The main body ECU (cowl side junction block LH) can be separated by first removing this No. 1 instrument panel safety pad insert. The last step involves disconnecting the connector while unbolted to extract the distance control ECU assembly.
