Start thermostat service for the 1NZ-FXE cooling system by unscrewing the radiator support opening cover first before eliminating the engine under cover from the left and right-hand sides. First drain the engine coolant after you should remove the water inlet by unfastening its 2 nuts and separating it from the cylinder block. Complete the service of the 1NZ-FXE cooling system thermostat by taking away both the component and its gasket.
