  • Q: How to service and repair the blower motor on 2008 Toyota Prius?
A: The first step of servicing or repairing the blower motor requires removing the air inlet servo motor through screw removal of its three attachment points. You must first disconnect the connector before you remove the 2 screws which will allow you to pull out the blower motor control. The blower motor requires you to first loosen the 5 screws that secure the motor cover. After that unsnap the No. 2 cooler wiring harness from the blower with fan motor. You should follow by taking out the blower with fan motor after unscrewing its three screws.
