First place a new gasket on the thermostat then position it with the jiggle valve pointing upwards while understanding that the valve should alter from 10° of the designated position. Furnished with a new gasket, fit the water inlet and tighten its 2 nuts to 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf). Engine coolant needs to be added before the generator assembly goes on plus a leak check must be performed. You must place the engine installation under the right-hand side engine cover.
