Begin the fan and generator V belt installation process by using Special Service Tool: 09249-63010 to turn the V-ribbed belt tensioner arm clockwise first. Proper alignment must exist between the Special Service Tool and all used tools during their usage. Slower clockwise rotation of the tensioner should take more than three seconds during retraction while avoiding quick or excessive force. Releasing the tensioner needs to be done without subjecting it to any additional force when it completes its full retraction. When the belt installation task ends you should move on to installing the right-hand front fender apron seal.
