The installation of the clutch release cylinder assembly requires securing it with 2 bolts while tightening them to reach a torque of 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf). The bolt securing the flexible hose tube must be tightened until it reaches 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf). Install the flexible hose tube by using the Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 and applying 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf) torque. When completing the connections the reservoir must get brake fluid before bleeding air from the clutch system while maintaining a torquier setting of 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74 in-lbf). Understand that leakage of clutch fluid must be evaluated as the last step.
