2007 Toyota Tundra Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to install and remove the Seat Belt for the Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly in a Double Cab on 2007 Toyota Tundra?
A: The first step to remove the Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly for Double Cab is to uninstall the rear seat assembly. The first step involves removing the rear side inner seat belt assemblies one by one starting with the removal of Rear No.1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly RH through bolt and belt detachments before proceeding to the removal of the Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly by also separating bolt and belt. Install the Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly with the bolt using 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf) torque but keep the anchor part of the seat belt free from body protrusions during installation. Use the same installation approach and torque requirements to attach the Rear No.1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly RH while keeping the anchor part of the seat belt free of interference with vehicle components.
