  A: Start service and repair of the transmission release cylinder by draining clutch fluid and using Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 to remove the flexible hose tube from the clutch release cylinder while collecting fluid in a proper container. Remove the clutch release cylinder assembly by first taking out the three bolts fastening it along with the tube bracket. During disassembly remove the boot then unscrew the push rod piston spring from inside the cylinder body and maintain the inner components intact before removing the bleeder plug cap from the bleeder plug. The bleeder plug installation requires torque to 8.4 Nm (85 kgf/cm, 74 in. lbs.) followed by assembling the clutch release cylinder kit that includes bleeder plug cap, new spring along with part lubrication using lithium soap base glycol grease before inserting the piston and push rod and boot into the cylinder body. installation requires tightness of bolts at 12 Nm (120 kgf/cm, 9 ft. lbs.) when attaching the clutch release cylinder and tube bracket after which attachment at 5.0 Nm (51 kgf/cm, 44 in. lbs.) should secure the flexible hose tube.
