• Q: How to remove and install a radiator on 2007 Toyota Avalon?

  A: The first step to radiator removal includes draining the engine coolant followed by taking out the battery and separating both air cleaner inlets No.1 and No.2. Disassemble the radiator reserve tank hose together with the radiator hose inlet and outlet and the oil cooler tubes No.1 from the radiator assembly. The radiator support upper removal begins by disconnecting the hood lock nut cap before proceeding with bolt removal to split the hood lock assembly from the radiator support upper and concluding with the complete removal of the 5 bolts found on the radiator support upper. First disconnect the fan motor connector while taking out the 4 bolts separating the condenser assembly from the radiator assembly before removing the radiator assembly from the vehicle body.
